Timezone Meeting Planner
Add the timezones of everyone joining your meeting, pick a proposed hour, and this tool shows what that time looks like in each timezone — plus a quick read on whether it falls in normal working hours, is workable but not ideal, or is uncomfortably early or late for that person.
How it works
The meeting hour you pick is relative to the first timezone in your list (or your device's own timezone if the list is empty). For every timezone you add, this tool converts that same moment into local time using your browser's timezone data, then flags whether it falls in typical 8am–6pm working hours, before 6am or after 10pm, or somewhere workable in between.
Tip
Add everyone's timezone first, then slide the hour picker back and forth until as many rows as possible turn green — that's usually your best shot at a time that works for the whole group.
A note on accuracy
Times are calculated using each timezone's current UTC offset, which is accurate most of the time — but not every region observes daylight saving time, and the ones that do change their clocks on different dates. If your meeting falls within a week or two of a clock change, double-check the exact date, since the offset used here may be off by an hour around the transition.
