Percentage Calculator

How it works
Pick a mode: "X% of Y" multiplies a percentage by a number, "X is what % of Y" finds what share one value is of another, and "Percent change" compares a starting value to an ending value and reports the increase or decrease between them.
Tip
A percent change result can be any size for an increase, but a decrease can never go below −100%, since a value can't drop by more than the whole of itself.
Why is my percent change negative?
A negative result in percent change mode just means the ending value is lower than the starting value — in other words, a decrease rather than an increase.
